Join Heather Barnes for Ethos’ first Mobility Training, designed for teachers and dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of mobility and its practical application in both personal practice and teaching.
This training blends physical practice with thoughtful discussion, exploring the how and why behind mobility work. Each session supports embodied learning while offering tools that can be integrated into classes, workshops, or personal movement routines.
Participants will explore ways to restore, maintain, and improve mobility through intentional movement, study, and reflection. The training also includes curated readings, group discussion, and brief writing exercises to help integrate concepts and clarify individual teaching perspectives.
By the end of the training, participants will feel prepared to design and lead mobility-based classes at Ethos, whether as a substitute or within their own class section, should the opportunity arise.
