This workshop offers a supportive space for yogis with hypermobility. Guided by Emily’s lived experience with hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and her training as a certified Hypermobility Coach, you’ll explore ways to practice yoga that nourish stability, connection, and embodiment. Through mindful movement, feedback from props, and intentional pacing, you’ll learn how to slow down, enhance proprioceptive feedback, and deepen interoceptive awareness—the ability to sense and respond to what’s happening within. Expect a blend of education, guided exploration, and grounding techniques to help you feel more connected, supported, stable, and strong in your practice.
This small-group workshop, limited to 6 participants, allows for individual attention, personalized guidance, and a comfortable space to explore at your own pace. Ideal for those who are hypermobile, suspect hypermobility, or have one or more hypermobile joints—and are curious about building sustainable movement patterns rooted in awareness and self-trust.
