The Intuitive Meditation Guide: Learn to Lead with Confidence and Discover Your Voice

  • Ethos Yoga 113 South Saginaw Street Holly, MI, 48442 United States (map)

A 3-hour immersive workshop to help you take your first step as a meditation guide.

Whether you're a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner or simply someone who feels the quiet call to guide others in meditation, this workshop is your starting point. In a supportive and experiential space, you'll begin to understand what it means to hold space, speak from presence and guide from within.

You'll explore:

  • The Foundations of Meditations + Myths/Facts

  • The anatomy of a meditation (the structure)

  • Language that soothes and supports the nervous system

  • The art of holding space

  • Experience multiple exercises to discover your confidence and voice as a guide (this part is so fun!!!)

  • Trusting your heart and leading without a script

  • Practice leading in a safe and supportive space

Whether participants are brand new to teaching or looking to refine their skills, they’ll walk away with practical tools and a newfound confidence in their ability to guide.

This is not a full meditation teacher training, but it is a powerful and inspiring entry point. You’ll scratch the surface of the guiding journey, gain practical tools and build the confidence to begin. Because my friend, there is room for you and the world needs your magic.

For those who want to go deeper, Eileen Rose Miles also offers a 12-week Virtual Meditation Teacher Training that dives into intuitive guidance, holding space and building your meditation business on the Insight Timer app. This workshop is a beautiful first step on that path
