At the Edge of Winter- Everfield Journal Workshop

  • Ethos Yoga 113 South Saginaw Street Holly, MI, 48442 United States (map)

Winter asks us to slow down and to listen clearly.
This two-hour Everfield workshop, hosted by Nicki Churchill, is an invitation to close the winter season with care, rather than rushing toward what’s next.

This workshop includes one hour of gentle, restorative movement—designed to help you settle your nervous system, reconnect to your body, and create space for reflection. Expect softness, simplicity, and rest.

There will be space for guided journaling and community circle time, using the Everfield journal to walk through the foundations of the year ahead.

This is not about goal-setting or fixing yourself.
It’s about tending to the soil. Honestly, gently, and with intention.

Come as you are.
Live in rhythm with your seasons.
