Guided 4-Week Ayurvedic Cleanse with Deborah Lieder
Are you feeling rundown, exhausted, foggy, or carrying extra weight? Ayurveda believes we should partake in a purvakarma, or cleanse, at least twice a year during the change of season. This purges any excess we have taken in and allows our body to reset for what is to come. Believing that a cleanse should nurture while purifying our cell’s consciousness, this approach allows you to feel sustained and supported each step of the way. Ayurveda holds the secrets to removing toxins at the deepest layer. This will leave you feeling clearer and more restored toward your optimal well-being!
During the four weeks, we will learn, prepare, cleanse, and reintegrate, connecting with the cycles represented all throughout life. It will be a journey, diving into and listening to what our body is saying each step of the way, understanding what is working while cleansing away what is not. The purvakarma will conclude with a Celebration Dinner during the Autumn Equinox; serving organic, high-quality, and nourishing ingredients while honoring what you have accomplished and blessing the new season coming in. If you are interested in balancing your physiology in a supportive and loving space, join us for this experience!
