In this 90-minute foundational myofascial release workshop, you’ll learn how to use a foam roller and lacrosse ball to release trapped energy (stress) from your lower body. Freeing yourself from musculoskeletal pain, improving mobility, and mitigating your risk of injury. This is a 2 part workshop. The 2nd part is focused on releasing the upper body. Doing both is strongly encouraged as you will see how the body relates from side to side and top to bottom in reference to energy transferences.
