Mother-Daughter Moon Circles are for girls ages 9 and up and the mother in their life. This is a container for authenticity, vulnerability, and connection. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable with one another our relationship will flourish. As daughters, it is important to understand that our mothers are not perfect, that we are truly growing up together and figuring out every day TOGETHER. And as mothers, it is important to intentionally stop and listen. In circle, we are all equal and we all will have our chance to open up and simply be seen and heard. There will always be a lesson to help us connect with our bodies on a deeper level and gain a stronger appreciation for ourselves. Only one purchase per mother and daughter pair.
