Have you outgrown Yoga for Kids, but you’re not quite comfortable signing up for an adult yoga class?
Join us for a fun and relaxed workshop tailored to teens. We will be diving into various forms of meditation, breathwork, and learning some basic yoga postures with plenty of time for exploration and self-discovery. We’ll discuss techniques to cope with stress and provide a safe space for teens to come together with others their own age. We hope to demystify some of the yoga practices and lingo, making it more approachable and applicable to teens in real life.
The workshop will conclude with a snack and tea, so please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
