The Opening—Cacao and Movement comes into existence as an homage to our teachers. Through Cacao and the Creative movement, we found immense healing, and it is with deep gratitude and honor that we carry on this tradition here at Ethos.

Join Caitlin and Emily for a Beltane ceremony to honor the turning of the wheel. In this two-hour experience together, we will sip Embue Cacao and nestle into meditation before an intense vinyasa flow. This workshop is an invitation to open the heart and water the seeds that have been sown through the dreaming months.
