In this workshop, we’ll move through restorative and yin yoga poses to regulate our nervous system and relieve stress. Followed by Yoga Nidra, also known as yoga sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking or sleeping. There will be optional blindfolds to use for deeper rest. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to feel nourished and comfortable. There is one scholarship option available for this class to claim. Please reach out to us!
